"I bought silver chain. Sign said 70% off. When I went to pay for it I pulled up the additional 20% off coupon on my cell phone. Manager refuse to let me use it saying it was a door buster sale. There was NO SIGN POSTED saying it was a door buster sale item. I asked her to honor the coupon since no sign was posted. She said someone must have taken it down and refused to honor the coupon! I felt like this red headed manager was being rude and unfair. So therfore as long as she is the manager of this store I won't shop in it again. Many other places sell fine jewelry as well so therefore I don't have to put up with a manager like the one I encounter Friday evening in the Wilmington, Ohio Store!"
