"I use to shop all the time here but the way clearance items were priced changed, so I stopped going. I needed a few items for a trip so I thought I would drop in and see. The clearance racks were full, but miss marked. They stated $9.99 or below, most of my items rang up at $14.99? Iquestioned the clerk and she said that is the price. I decided to keep the items anyway but again was not happy about the difference. This is why it has been years since my last visit."

"We were furious when we arrived at Peebles on Saturday evening because on Friday the people at the Service Desk did not make any effort to find the men's belt that we had tried to return when we had no past receipt. It was not better until Cathie Fox asked if she could help us on Saturday evening. She gave us perfect help. We also talked to Cathie about the 0.98 items not being on sale. She gave us the opportunity if we were aware of any additional items that we could get that were on sale. Thanks to Cathie's help and to her patience in listening to our problems for Friday night and Saturday evening, we were most satisfied with our recent shopping experience with Peebles and will continue shopping there on a regular basis as we have for many years."

"I had noticed that the racks of clothing seemed more spread apart than in the past. Myself and several of my friends were always unhappy with the amount of items crammed on the floors. It made it difficult to get thru and to actually see all that was there. I very much appreciated the room to walk now and commented so to the cashier."

"I generally enjoy Peebles, but this particular store is disorganized, the associates are busy talking to each other, giving customers dirty looks, and being generally rude to customers. “Type in your number”. No hello, no thank you. Who I presumed to be the manager on duty was kind and helpful and explained coupon exclusions to me in a polite way. The cashier, not so much."

"Stage phone customer service was terrible! I was on hold for 2hrs & 20 mins, told I was 15th in line at the beginning, got down to next call and held for another 15mins then an automated voice told me they had technical difficulties and the call would be ended!! Prefer to deal with the store and the Manager was more than helpful and very apologetic. She listened to me and quickly corrected the situation to my satisfaction."
