"My experience was wonderful with all the associates except Mrs. Sherri at the Wallace, N.C. store. She was inconsiderate and the customer in front of me ask the clerk to take care of me. Mrs. Sherri stated no! I have never experience such at any of the Peeble's store ever. Mrs. Sherri make me not want to shop there when she is working. Mrs. Sherri customer service attitude is a non considerate and discouraging to the public. Mrs. Sherri Im through with you and don't want to shop there when you are there... I hope change!"

"The store seemed neater than it has been on prior occasions. Rearrangement of departments appears to be in process at this time. The clearance section has been moved to the rear of the store, and some items hanging on the upper rack on the wall are not accessible to shorter shoppers without assistance. That is going to pose a dilemma. The associates were more friendly on this trip than on many occasions in the past."

"While making a return ASSOCIATE: Terri was EXCELLENT.Kind and very patient while making the return using our coupon and was diligent in making us happy customers. She was the type of cashier that your store should promote and be proud of. The associate at the makeup counter was busy on her cell phone (texting, reading, not sure but to busy to wait on customers when we were in the store earlier in the day). Please know that I will always look for Terri when I shop in your store."
