"Even though I really enjoy having a Clinique counter close to home it is sometimes very difficult to find anything else I would like to buy. The design of the clothing offered is poor for women, however I find the mens selection satisfactory. The clothes in the kid's section are extremely limited."

"I was very aggregated because one of the 2 people in front of me decided on more savings by applying for a store credit card. The associate checking out that customer,requested that another associate open another register,which she did.My daughter was standing at that register and the other customer who was waiting for checkout,ran in front of me to get to the register that my daughter was standing at. I'm currently in recovery with Guillian Barre and move slowly with balance issues. The customer almost knocked me off my feet while running to get to the new register that my daughter was standing at. Another associate who was in charge of the makeup/ Clinique area,witnessed all of this and offered to take me to another,closed register to check me out. It was a scary,unpleasant experience but of no fault of the store. I wish I could remember the name of the woman that checked me out. She was apologetic and wonderful !"

"I was not approached by a sales personnel until I walked up to the checkout register. Then I stated I also wanted a pair of White standard pillow cases and she did go check if there were any. There were none. That would be a low ticket item. Yet none in stock."
"I love this store! Everything was displayed in an organized way. The only complaint I had is that there are things on display and not any of that product left to buy! Nor was it available on line! seems associates are not aware of what they have on display and if they have items of that item to sell or know the prices of it."

Very personable and above all highly knowledgeable in cosmetics and will work well in any department in your store. Good management material. Now that I know she is there I will frequent more often.
