"i stop in this store every so often to see what's new. its always a mess with remodeling and moving things around - but i still will shop there. this time when i checked out the lady who helped me was wonderful - very nice, polite and helpful. Her name was Tracey. we were chatting while she was checking me out and somehow we got on the subject of checking out and i learned that the associates are timed on checking out customers. i think that is awful!! what if the customer is someone who likes to talk and ask questions about something or if you just have a customer that is slow moving...what the clock is ticking i dont agree with this at all."

"No associate was around while looking for item. Found item on my own. Went to check out and there was no one at any of the registers. Had one person just sitting and I had to speak loud to even get there person to call someone to help at the register. The line got very long and the associate was very slow."
