"I had a problem with getting my coupon on time which has happened to me 3 times by mail and I really appreciate that Missy the store manager was able to fix the issue today and give me the 10dollars off my merchandise and Everyone was very nice and I want to say a special thanks to Vicki who waited on me .She has a very sweet personality and was very helpful with a problem return that I had. Was definitely a great experience compared to some places I've shopped.Thanks so much and I will be back."

"Every time I go in to Peebles, Marsha is typically in the women’s section. Every time I ask a question she seems to be irritated. On several occasions I have heard her speak poorly of other customers. Also, she is very negative towards the people she even works with, she seems to go in a very rude way of telling someone what they haven’t done right. It’s sad how discouraging the other associates look when she is being rude to them. "

"Overall, I am typically pleased with price, selection and the customer service I receive in this store. However, during my last two visits to the store, I have encountered extremely poor customer service and unprofessional attitude from Marsha. She is confrontational and acts as though the customer is a bother to her. I find her to be very rude and, on future visits to the store, I will seek the assistance of other associates and avoid Marsha at all costs. "

"I requested a gift receipt before i swiped my card. The young lady replied that i couldn't get a gift receipt. I hesitated to swipe my card because I thought my friend may want to exchange or return her gift. I charged it any way. I asked again about an extra print out of the receipt and the young lady said This is the only receipt you get with your purchase. I looked at her for a second longer to give her an opportunity to oblige my request or ask for assistance in printing another receipt and she dismissed me by saying Have a great evening. And she walked away from the service desk. The manager's remark to the previous lady's complaint & my experience has completely turned me off from your location. I'm deeply saddened and upset."
