Two years ago I bought a few Estee Lauder products from her, and she made sure I loved every single product before buying, by testing them out on me. This time she helped me find the perfect lipgloss. She doesn't rush and really cares about her customers. I usually never write in about anyone, but she is always helpful."

"I enjoyed the wide variety of clothing items, and good sale prices. I applaud this store for their support of our brave military by offering a 25% discount on purchases. I always need to review my receipt to make sure I receive the discounts available, though. The Peebles store manager (Bill) is very attentive to customer needs, and makes you feel welcome."
"Majority of the time the clerks are not friendly. During this visit to the store, someone left a box of tools near the aisle, where I almost tripped over them. I waited over 5 minutes to pay for an item, while the customer in front of me was having all kind of problems with her credit cards being rejected. The clerk made no effort to refer me to another register that was open and not busy, when she saw that her current customer might take a while to complete her purchase. Finally, a store manager happened to come by, saw me waiting, and sent me to a nearby register where I was able to make my purchase with no waiting."
