"My overall experience was okay. I found the item I was looking for. I was not happy about the wait time to checked out. There were two associates at the register. One was helping another customer with jewelry the other was checking out customers. Instead of multitasking and helping the associate checking out customers, she let us wait in line for a long period of time. I thought this was rude. She easily could have let the lady look at the jewelry and make her choices while she waited on another customer."
