"Today was awful I have never had an experience with a store where I was mailed something then not honored it at the store then people so rude and disrespectful I have a hard time understanding why peebles mailed me anything at all it was a waste of my time, why mail me something saying I show my card to get sales and awarded giveaways and then the whole town gets it too and I'm told I'm not special just because I have a card it's open to anyone the cards a joke by the employee. The whole town got to hear me being insulted by employees who didn't read the mail in that's customer service you can never give back to someone that's why I will never recommend peebles now. You can't treat people like that. It is not OK."
