"We met and dealt with Bobi, the store manager. We were so thoroughly pleased with the service she gave us. She helped us resolve a problem we had with an order we had placed. We had called customer service and had not had the best experience, so we went directly to the store, which is a seventy-five mile round trip from where we live, and talked with the manager. She was very friendly, knowledgeable and more than happy to make sure we were a satisfied customer. We let her know how pleased we were with the service she had given us and how happy we are with the store and employees that have waited on us. Every store should have a store manager like Bobi."
