"Generally shopping at Peebles has been a good experience, especially at the Carbondale and Daleville stores in PA. Recently had an issue with the Honesdale, PA store related to the 40+ age discount. Informed by the store employees that the discount was no longer offered, but told at the Carbondale, PA store and by a customer service rep that is was. I did not receive the discount from the Honesdale store and had to call customer service to receive the discount. Also had a problem with receiving emails for 8 months. The system kicked me off in January 2018 and after several attempts online and via the stores, I was finally able to get email updates about sales."
