"My experience went very well. Though, I may suggest they carry big men's sizes (Size 3XL). My husband is a larger man and it is hard to find anything in his size other than ordering through a catalog or having to travel far to a store."

However, I think the cashier's supervisor could have shown a little more patience rather than frustration with her.
