"I bought two items on two separate receipts the gentleman that help me with the eternity cologne for men was extremely helpful and gracious then I purchased an item for my grandson the sign said 40% off when I checked out it gave me 30% off it was a $30 item when I showed her the sign said 40% off she took an additional 10% after my coupon so instead of getting $12 off a $30 item I got $9 and then my $13 coupon and $0.80 she said those equal 40% I tried to explain with no avail"
"The Peebles store located at 2456 W. Prospect Road in Ashtabula, OH is the most neat, clean, organized and friendly store! The manager speaks to all customers and the sales associates are very customer service oriented. The dressing rooms and restrooms are spotless! I feel relaxed and can enjoy my shopping experience. I observe everyone asking all customers if they need assistance and will say if there is something that you can't find we will order online and have shipped to your home. Everyone greets you upon arrival and exiting the store. I would like to give special recognition to Donna. "This time I visited the Ashtabula store because I just didn't feel like driving to Madison or Chardon. I had previously been disappointed by the merchandise and sales staff in this store but decided to give it another try. I was pleasantly surprised by the variety and amount of merchandise and by the helpfulness of the staff, especially Jacob who advised me about the Door Buster offers in Clearance.
