"Nothing in my size as above. Racks were jammed, unorganized with many of the hangers lacking size labeling. The store was practically empty. One of the associates spoke and was pleasant when I entered the store. Once I started shopping there were no associates around. In answer to question 37 I have not used either channel to shop-the store, or website. Same answer to question 37-2. I lied on the form because I was not allowed to submit my survey without out doing so."

"Good experience, but some questions may not include what you want to say regarding that particular question. For example, I went directly to the register today to pick up a sweater they were holding for me so there was no time for an associate to greet me or ask if I needed assistance. That is only one of the few questions I was in question about. Each experience is different. Also, question #46 is not necessarily a yes or no answer. Of course, it is always wonderful if a business has a program to help charitable organizations, but I do not seek out that in a store. And I don't want to answer no because I don't want to keep a store from being involved in charitable donations. I've shopped Peebles for years due to there being one within a couple of miles from my home and Peebles is also about the only retail shop like Peebles in the proximity of my home at the time I was living there. I have recently moved to the Richmond area. I like Peebles quality too."
