"I was looking for extra-wide 3 ring binders. I was unsure if I wanted 1 1/2" or 2" so I ordered the 1 1/2" and paid $31.05 for 2. As it turns out, I need the 2" and wanted to return 1 1/2" and exchange for 2". The return policy is non-exisitant. There is nothing on the website if you are purchasing as a guest or one-time user. I don't need any hotel supplies just 2 3-ring binders so I didn't want to become part of their mass email systems with numerous weekly blast emails. When I was finally able to hook up (finding a telephone number wasn't easy either) I was told it would be $11.15 plus 25% for re-stocking. It would then cost me $18.91 to ship back $31.05 of merchandise. The box it was shipped to me was at least 3 times the size needed (hence the $11.15 for shipping). I will never use this company again and after further research find they don't have a BBB rating. Wonder Why??????"

"In the future, I would recommend you inform you customers if an item is back ordered. I received my order yesterday only to find that the items I had purchased were back ordered. I was not contacted by your staff to let me know when or if I will be receiving the completed order. I did pay in full and do need these items for my production this week. Next time when shopping around for the best price Peach Suite will not be on my list of reliable sources."
