"I ordered 3 cases of some items that were listed at $40.98 for a case of 24.
I received the order within a week which was wonderful except that I received 1/2 of my order. I only received 36 pieces instead of the 72 pcs I should have had.
I called customer service that day and stated that I was missing part of the order and they said they would take care of it.
10 days later, I received an email from customer service stating that my order had been canceled.

Basically what happened was that they had priced the item incorrectly and did not want to sell it at that price.
SO, I was going to end up paying twice as much as the price listed for the item.
After some negotiating with the supervisor, we did settle on an amount.

The customer service rep was calm and nice BUT I do have issues with the fact that they would NOT settle on the items they had originally marked at the $40.98 price for that price.
I would have been ok if they had just let me have the items which they originally sent for that price even if they would not have sent the rest of the order.......
Anyway, I am not happy that the price was changed after the order was made and I received only half of it.
