"Initially I was told it would only take a couple of hours to remove the FBI virus and install your program. It ended up being an all day affair with me having to spend hours waiting on call backs from your people while nothing was being done on the computer in between these times."
"During the process, I called 4 times and spoke to at least 4 very friendly technicians. The last person I spoke to was able to remove 2 additional malware programs that others had missed. Overall, I am very pleased (so far) with the product and service. However, during the process, I changed my mind about about purchasing the RegCure program, and that was to be taken care of, and then, just to be sure, I even completed a refund request form from Pareto Logic, but received an email today, welcoming me to the program."
