"From this purchase experience, I would say that this vendor is quite reliable. My order was shipped within a day and the package arrived in my doorsteps two days later.
There was a slight problem with the items that were shipped but they managed to handle it professionally and very promptly. They shipped the replacement items and did a call-tag with UPS to pickup the wrong ones from the initial shipment.
In conclusion from my own experience, I would say the vendor is great. Such vendor is getting hard to find these days. Most companies don't offer such great customer service in order for them to cut cost. It was certainly not the case with this vendor. They know their responsibility and they handle it well."
"This company has advertised the Sony DVD burner DRU-500a with a 1-2 week availability at least since my order was placed in November of 2002. To date, I have not received my order. Also, they have no telephone support. They can only be reached through their email, to which they respond at a snails pace, if at all. Also, they debit your credit card immediately. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY!"
