Poor customer service, super slow delivery, not sure this purchase will ever arrive

"Very frustrating experience with this company. 2 weeks after ordering I still don't have any update that the order is being handled. The "track your order" link I received is stuck at "order confirmed" i.e. they took my money but not much else has happened. I emailed to inquire and got a response (guess I have to give them credit for that) that the order "just arrived" and "is being shipped out" but a week later still nothing in my mailbox or any updates at that tracking link. Regret ever having given them my business. Do not recommend."

common sense makes a comeback

"Spineless tree huggers in their infinite wisdom decided we don't need heat producing bulbs anymore. Wrong again. There's nothing like -20 weather and frozen cattle waterers. Thankfully payless4lighting can still get the 2237's. The order took a little longer than expected,no worries. We stock a few ourselves."

Poor service / phony promise dates / cancelled order

"Ordered bulbs Nov 29th for a Christmas display; were to arrive in 7-10 days per order confirmation. Never received shipment confirmation so contacted seller who then said bulbs would be coming in to his stock by Dec 9th and re-shipped out immediately. I am located only a few miles from seller. Expected bulbs by Dec 12th; they did not arrive; no tracking as was promised on his website; therefore contacted seller on Dec 15th who responded on Dec 16th that bulbs were not yet in his inventory but would arrive to him by Dec 19th; thus I guesstimate they would be to me by Dec 22nd if he shipped via USPS Priority Mail. Way too late! This seller works out of his residence in a 100% residential-zoned neighborhood so it is improbable that he actually maintains any inventory. He did promptly issue a refund. Just a salesman for a lighting broker? "

NEVER RECIEVED MY BULBS

"I should have review these comments first. Bought mines three weeks ago and to this day I havent received it even though they promised me a delivery when I reached out to them. Horrible. I guess it's TRUE. This is what you get when you go cheap. Cheap service!"

Less than Half price compared to Home Depot

"Feit electric landscape bulbs at more than half off compared to Amazon or Home Depot!!!
I emailed the store before my purchase and was told that they would need to order the bulbs from their supplier. The bulbs arrived at my house before the expected date. At that price I can wait a couple of weeks. My order shipped free since I bought enough to meet the minimum and NO tax.

I will definitely buy from them again: best price & no problems.

Excellent Service and Fast Delivery

"I ordered 3 bulbs from Payless4Lighting and delivery only took 3 days. Especially being around Thanksgiving I was so impressed by the delivery time. The light bulbs I ordered were updated from an old brand we were replacing but they came in a "warm light" tone, I was looking for "bright white." Sean from Payless4lighting was very helpful and understanding to the issue i ran into and without question he was quick to help me get the right bulbs sent out for our shops to use. I will definitely use Payless4lighting again for our lightbulb needs. Thank you from everyone at Mary Jane's House of Glass !! "

"A part of my order was missing but after a quick online chat the issue was solved. I'm ordering again!
When I see the reviews, if you want a perfect service, super fast shipping then pay the hard price, but sometimes discounts come with a certain delay...

Never Received My Shipment

"I made an order the end of December. I waited 3 weeks to allow them time to get 10 bulbs into a box to ship to my house. I finally contacted them when they didn't get back to me on my shipment. They told me they'd check their warehouse, 3 weeks after I made the order, and get to me if they had them. They never contacted me, so I asked for a refund. They then issued the refund saying they didn't have the bulbs in stock. I think you could have told me within 24 hrs of placing the order that you didn't have them in stock, or maybe that's too much to ask in 2018. I'd love to support this business, but went to another small business, who shipped the order with 24 hrs. I won't be returning to Payless 4 Lighting. "

Never received my bulbs

"I placed an order November 28 and it said it would be delivered by Dec 9. It's now January and I haven't received my bulbs and my repeated attempts to contact them by phone and email have gone unanswered. I like to support small businesses run out of a garage but it won't be this one anymore."

I've had great service, fast, and nothing broken, though they do seem lightly packed.

"I've had great service here, no problems, very fast, good prices, except for the shipping, and I'm sure they are only charging what they have to pay for shipping, but postage is high these days! I've been pretty happy with the prices, of course I've only ordered three times, and today I've ordered 12 special bulbs! If I have any mishaps I'll come back and let you all know.
But I'm sure they're gonna keep me smiling about their service and goods!
The way it stands now, I almost can't wait to buy here again. And if I had a good income, I'd load up on light bulbs! But I live hand to mouth, just like most of my friends and neighbors.
I'll give Lights 4 less a 10! Excellent to date!

"I purchased online light tubes. When they arrived, it turns out I had purchased the wrong model and they didn't work. Desperate for replacements (our office was DARK!), I called and then emailed Stu Shaffer. In less than two minutes he helped me identify the correct model and immediately shipped them to us. Excellent Customer Service

"I placed an order for my bulb needs. After a week I was informed that only part of my order was in stock and that they would ship that part or if I wanted I could request a refund. I went for the refund and it went through instantly. No problems what so ever. I will order again in the future, but will check for stock first."
