"Ordered Impastata to make a cannolis for a bday gift for a friend. They are his favorite dessert. The cheese arrived very well packed, however, it was warm sour and runny. The cold packs were warm. I paid for the delivery almost as much as the cheese.
I emailed them twice without a response. I also tried to call - no one answered and there was no voice mail.
I cannot get in touch with this fraudulent company !!!
I refuse to use regular ricotta to make my cannolis and wanted so very much to make my friends bday special.
I am so angry that they are allowed to remain in business and treat their customers this way.
Their website claims the stand by their products and to contact them anytime.....Well I tried and no one was there."

When I emailed them about it they said it's basically the same flour and they apologized, so I just dealt with it as I needed it. Everyone makes a mistake right, I placed another order and once again I was shipped a brand I did not order.
