After placing the order I read negative reviews and sent an email. The company was very responsive. They sent shipping confirmation and my order arrived via UPS on Thursday (4 business days after the order was placed). Two days before our event. "
"I ordered my quidditch gloves on Partybell.com, and the website ensured that I would receive tracking shortly after my order was placed. Yet, it's been 4 days now and I still don't have tracking. They said my package is coming from North Carolina and is with the warehouse where it will be sent out shortly. However, they couldn't guarantee that my package would get there before October 31st! Very dissatisfied with overall customer service - when I asked for a refund on shipping due to said issue, they denied that, and further gave me an ultimatum to cancel my order and/or deal with the shipping costs. I am also dissatisfied with the way their website is anything but true and honest. I get that we are in a global pandemic, but the fact that they overpromise their delivery dates, is hugely unkind and doesn't make me want to shop there ever again. I didn't cancel my order, because if it gets here before the 31st then I will be happy. But the delay in shipping is very dissatisfying and I thought, super misleading! Would not recommend if you want piece of mind on your product, accurate shipping information, as well as overall honesty when it comes to lead times."

"Cost of my costume 9.28 + 18.50 shipping A total of 26.78. Was totally dissatisfied when I received it call to return it they said that I would have to pay for the shipping and return. Their shipping would not be refunded there’s also restocking fee so they would only receive fund me $7 dollars and I would have to pay probably about $10 to send it back which would put me in the negative. "Immediately after ordering an item, I received an email saying there was a problem and that they would get back to me. The item was out of stock, but within 24 hours, they refunded my money, and personally replied to each email I wrote (the first one asking about the issue and the second one thanking them.) I'm writing this to offset the negative reviews, because (aside from the stock issue) this is great customer service."

"I used this company once but felt I had to share my experience because the reviews on here are very mixed. They were sold out of one of the items I ordered and same day of placing the order they contacted me to ask how I wanted to proceed. They cancelled the one item and proceeded with everything else. The communication of this company is great! The delivery time was not terrible at all. I received tracking info but of course it didn’t pull up anything right away because Fedex had to register it in their system. The next day or two I was able to get updates with the tracking number they provided. The order was placed on 5/28 and despite the out of stick issue, everything was delivered on 6/4. Shipping is expensive but when you factory in cost per item it balances out to still be less expensive then the local party stores. I ordered fortnite ( of course they named it battle game I guess due to license) party supplies. The quality was great! Just as pictured and I am extremely happy with that! Oh and they did provide the refund for the out of stock item immediately. Will be using them again! Thank you Party Bell!"
"We bought some Tote Bags and when they arrived they were cheap plastic, in addition to the poor quality they were just thrown into a box and crumpled up, they were not packaged with care at all. I called to return this order but was told that I could not. I am a big purchaser of bulk party supplies for my business and thought I would give this company a try. I huge disappointment. "
