"This company is disgraceful. I made a purchase for a friend's wedding on February 10, 2018 with the promise that it would arrive within 5-7 business days. It's over a month later and it has still not arrived. I made several attempts to email them which was no use and the number the automatic reply emails gave me to call if I needed to speak with someone never put me on the line with a real person. They were recommended to me by a reputable wedding website that I will be contacting to let them know to take down their recommendation of this company and I have disputed the charge of $70+ with my credit card company. From other reviews I hope something can be done to get rid of this horrible business and whoever is even slightly profiting from it."

"I ordered over $200 of merchandise and paid for expedited shipping. I received a confirmation and my Amex was charged. When I didn’t receive timely delivery I began calling and emailing. The email response simply said I should call to talk to a live person. I called at least 20 times over a two week period and never reached a live person. In the main voicemail box, the voicemail cut off before you could leave a message, so I pressed a number for a specific person. However, I never got a live person and left numerous messages. I never heard back from the voicemail messages or any subsequent email messages I sent, despite telling them I was reporting them as fraudulent and disputing the charge with Amex. I did then dispute the charge and was credited back for the original charge. The Yelp reviews of the last two years are all exactly like mine. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!"

"Furious!! Ordered on 11/23/17. This wonderful lady was emailing me back and forth to get the right photo/pixels. Everything was all set and ready to go 11/27/17. After 26 days, DOZENS of emails with replies "We'll look in to it" and no assistance when calling....still NO delivery. I was guaranteed it would be CUT within 3-4 business day. Hmmm, it's now 12/22/17 which is today, our company Christmas Party that 3 of us at the office ordered this for our BOSS! How this company stays in business is beyond me. "I just want to say that this has been the most disappointing and frustrating experience for me.

I placed an order on Dec 5th and was told 1) it would only take 4-5 days to ship and 2) that I would have it for Christmas.

It's now the Friday before Christmas and I don't have this...it probably won't arrive until the new year.

I requested time and time again that if I wouldn't have it, then to cancel the shipping and refund it to me. I would still pay for $20 piece of cardboard but not the shipping as I wanted it cancelled. Every time I called, no one answered, I couldn't leave a message. Any time I emailed, they would say "it's shipping today" "it's shipping today" but nothing again ever after that.

This really **** and I'm going to make a stink about it because this $20 piece of card board cost me $70 Canadian and I don't even have it.

No one will probably even respond to me about this either because you've failed to respond to me in the past 2 weeks.

Thanks for ruining my Christmas surprise.
