heating I picked up my burner tubes for a fraction of the cost and had my 50 unit building with hot water in hours not 8 weeks
Anybody that's in the heating business who doesn't buy parts at parts for heating and taking advice from the big box store needs the head examined. How do I tell my customer with 50 units that you have to wait 8 weeks for a factory order
I took a 10-minute ride. Got my burner tubes. Had the building back up and running in a couple of hours, not 8 weeks. It was a fraction of the cost

"Good people and great service. I have ordered things here before and this time I needed a gasket that i couldn't find anywhere else. It was only about $3.50 but They wanted $18 to ship it !!!! This is a small gasket, smaller than a cell phone and paper thin. I called and asked them just to put it in an envelope and charge me $3 for the 65 cent stamp. Nope, we can't do that. Just leaves a bad taste for a good customer. "
