Keep your money and make better choices

"Parts.com seems to be a network of people who ship parts. Prices are better than other websites but the parts diagrams are inaccurate and I tried ever so hard with a company called Cross motors who is a seller with them that what I received is not what was advertised. They will take your package back and charge you 20% restocking fee if the pat you ordered was your error. In my case it was not my error. The package weights 5.05lbs it was shipped FedEx to me for $15.43 I cannot send it back for less than $80 with UPS and $115 with FedEx and the value of the part is $78. So I will get my money back -20% and shipping costs. Not happening obviously. The seller should issue a return label since they obviously get a huge discount but I can hardly get them to respond to emails and I am done with them."

missing parts. Non responsive.

"These people know how to take your money and run. Package received with missing parts. Seller would not respond to inquiry for resolution. Packing slip shows all parts included, however in reality not all are included. Scammers!"

Will take your money for parts not in stock

"Waste of time. Their system took my money - charged my credit card - and said delivery would be in a week. Next day they say the order is cancelled because the part is not in stock. So clearly, parts.com is doing business without an actual inventory control system and doesn't care if they waste your time. I'm assuming that the refund will go through, but that's not really the point. Shoddy business model. "

Fast Shipping

"I recently placed an order on Parts.com and the experience was very positive. I needed the part quickly so I emailed them to see if there was an extra charge or what could be done to get it delivered as soon as possible. I ended up getting it ahead of the Eta at no extra charge. This was great as I really needed it to fix my car to get back and forth from work. Plus it was super cheap for OEM. I will order again!

Shady Company, not worth your money

"I called them up listed the part and they said they had it in stock, then after a bit of back and forth and asking detailed questions they then tell me suddenly the part is no longer available and then upon grilling them about this they got nasty and hostile. I then waited a day or so called from a different number and ordered the part, just before I gave my credit card and information I dropped the act and asked why they had it now but not when I had very specific questions of the quality and warranty. I didn't even get a response they hung up on me immediately. Don't trust this company or beware you may get scammed"

They Think They are Slick!!!

"These guys have figured out a way to sell you the wrong part get paid for it and not have to refund you the money for the return. if you somehow do return the part, they will tell you the box was damaged to the point they can not re-sell the part. Then instead of refunding you the money they will file the claim with the shipping company and make you deal direct with the shipping company to get a refund for the damaged part. At the end of the day Buyer Beware. They are going to get their money. Bravo to them for figuring this out. BTW, i am still in a battle with the shipping company 3 months later."

Mercedes Parts

"I ordered parts for my Mercedes as this site has the best price I could find. I sent them a message to make sure the part was the right one for my car and I gave them my vin number. They looked it up in the system and confirmed this one would fit my car so I decided to give it a try. It seems important to check your vin with them or you may get the wrong part. Other than this it was easy and I would use them again as the price was good and it came in the mail right away. I will use them again in the future."

Highly Recommend

"I searched a series of online sites and found that these guys had the best prices. But I was not sure if it was really OEM stuff or not. I placed my order but later realized that I needed an additional item to complete the repair. I contacted them and was able to add the item to the order without delaying the entire shipment. I thought that was good service. A few days later I received the entire order from one of their dealerships. I could not have been happier with the prices or the service. Getting real OEM parts from a dealership without overpaying is something that will bring me back."

Non Delivery - Cancellation - Fake Offer

"I invested time in shopping on line to find the best buy. Ordered on Parts.com. Ten days later get a notice that the order will not be honored, as freight was higher than they expected. A completely illegitimate way to do business and will not consider them as a viable source. Do not buy from this company."

Mercedes Benz Parts

"Was looking to order parts for my Mercedes, but I had a couple questions regarding the correct parts. I contacted them through there contact us button with some questions and was responded back to within the hour from a parts manager at Mercedes Benz dealership. I was quite amazed at that. I received my parts shortly after and they were the correct items as described. Very happy with the service I received."

Thanks For The Help

"I had a great experience with the Parts.com Customer Service. I have ordered from the site before and have used the sites email message link. If you login to your account it seems to work faster. I had a couple of questions to verify I was ordering what I wanted because looking at the diagrams I was not sure. I received an email back from a dealers parts guy and he cleared up my questions. I am glad that I asked because I would have probably ordered the wrong thing. I was actually ordering for the passenger side so good thing I asked. I think they do everything by email but that's ok because then there is a record. Anyway I had a good experience as I have had in the past. This site has the best prices for oem that I can find on google. "

No customer service, never delivered

"I had ordered a mount for my car, then got an email the next day stating that it was a few days wait for them to actually get the part. When I receive the tracking number, tracked it for a few days until it said delivered. Was never delivered at my address. Tried contacting them to resolve the issue and they do not reply whatsoever. Still trying to get my money back because part never showed up. Waste of time and money. "
