Good move on my part. They were fast, friendly and professional. They took my order over the phone, shipped the next day and I had it in hand two days later. They kept me informed of order process via email and I too got a personal "Thank You" written on the invoice.

"I ordered a IOOS RD1 Bios Savior RD1-PMC4 from them on 4/20/04. At first I was a bit worried because they only had one rating. But seeing as how there was no other place that had it in stock, so I took the gamble. I decided to call the company first and I had forgotten that it was 2AM (4AM at the company). Amazingly, someone picked up! So apparently it is his own phone number so there is no chance that you won't be able to reach the customer service!
I recieved various order confirmation e-mails and I recieved it this morning. Now THAT'S what I call fast shipping. 2 days flat accross the whole country. hehe. Everything was well packaged.
