There has to be a way to give less than a 1

"This company is very sad. There products are not as advertised, they don't respond to emails, and if they do, they cannot speak the language. I don't know how to describe how bad they are, but do yourself a favor and do NOT order anything from them. They don't take returns and don't tell you that ahead of time, so if you order something and it does not work as described, you are stuck. Very sad. I am glad it only took a little over $30 to learn my lesson."

Terrible customer service

"I accidentally ordered 4 of the apple chargers, and IMMEDIATELY after hitting the buy button and realizing what I had done I sent 3 emails requesting the change to type C chargers, which gave them ample time to put the change in before sending the request over to the fulfillment center for packing and shipping. That was April 18th, it is now the 26th and I am just being notified that as the order has already been sent to the facility that they cant change it?? Excuse me?? What the crap have you guys been doing the past week..... DONT BUY FROM THEM!!!"

Always a Great coin Last 10+ years A+

"Originally purchased current years of graded silver eagles on Ebay over 10-15 years ago. The last 10 years I have purchased from paridisemint web page with absolutely No Problems whatsoever. Going on over 250 NGC graded coins, and they ALL look great, the new ones and the ones I have had for 10+ years that are PROPERLY handled and stored.
It does upset me knowing how uneducated buyers give such poor reviews, I believe they do not handle the coins correctly. If you purchase a coin from PCGS/NGC or others they are not in a hermetically sealed case, just a sealed case. They are delivered, and they immediately need to be put in a sealed double zipper ziploc bag. DO NOT bring into your home from the 10 degree mail box or mail truck and bring into your heated home. You will ruin the good graded coin with in a couple hours making it a for weight coin losing any graded value.
They need to acclimate to your home temperature, sealed from your homes humidity so condensation does not form on the coin inside the sealed case which lets moisture in and out. If you do not believe me, put some silver coins outside for a hour, then bring into your home, and you will see them condensate and then a day or two later be tarnished, spotted etc.
I've collected coins for over 45 years, and any coin of value more than weight, proof sets, graded coins etc are all handled with the ziploc method. When stored away they are kept in a low humidity, under 75 degree ambient temperature, in a safe, double ziplocked for long term storage.
Also, as clearly stated, many are pre-sale, meaning they have not received the coin yet from the usmint, once they receive the coin , they are sent to NGC PCGS etc for grading. You might need to wait for the coin several weeks, I'm sure after many people who do not read these terms call asking where the F is my coin the guy gets a bit irritated, read the terms before blowing steam
All my coins are for my retirement, so I care for the the same way I care for my 63 Vette and 65 chevelle TLC all the time, climate controlled and covered.
Hope this helps the people who are new buyers, to eliminate problems and mishaps with your shiny new coin. If in doubt go to your local coin store and ask how do i handle and store my graded silver coins

Worst company ever RUN!

"Ordered a 19' MS69 NGC silver Eagle. After a week they said they were processing. I told them if they wanted to compete they needed to step it up. This Kevin Campbell clown snapped back "We also sent you a free upgrade to a MS70. Maybe we shouldn't have bothered with this message below!"
I said "Upgrade??? I don't want an upgrade. That will NOT fill my MS69 collection. You are correct you should not have done that. Fix it!"
He said "Just refuse the package when you get it then. You’ll be the first in over a million shipments in over 20 years to not like a free upgrade."
I said "I seriously doubt that you give 50,000 upgrades a year. The only reason you did this is because you don’t have what I ordered."
He said " Actually when we examined the 69 you ordered we found an issue with the coin. We have new a batch coming from ngc but it hadn’t arrived. So rather than make you wait an extra 3-4 more days we gave you a free upgrade which meant we lost money on the order. For that you are extremely unappreciative. We also suggested just refusing the package as that would save you the hassle of returning it. Not sure why your so bitter in life. I’ll close your account t with us. If you refuse the coin or sent it back we will be more than happy to refund you."
I said "You should be more considerate of the customer. What part of it does not fill my collection don’t you understand? All you had to do was contact me and explain the issue instead of making my decisions for me. I have bought many coins from you. Now you have attitude because I don’t want your decision. You have no choice but to refund me because PayPal will do it for you. You’re not the only dealer around or the cheapest, just the most arrogant. For that you fired."
He said "We had already closed your account. You couldn’t buy from us again.
PayPal will make you pay to send it back. We were giving you advice to help save you money but your so bitter inside you can’t see someone trying to help you. Maybe your having a bad day/week/month who knows. But ther3 is no excuse to be so bitter in life.
I found the only coin that would fit my collection and cheaper with a polite dealer.
