I then placed my order, and I was very impressed by how quickly they sent me a proof of all of my designs. I was busy at work the day they sent the proof, but at the end of the day, they called for a complimentary call to make sure I saw the proofs. I only had one change and it was fixed by the morning of the following day. Shipping was free but was one-day shipping. "The website didn’t make it clear on envelope color and I felt I needed to specify cream/ off white. Also, Unfortunately, the return address is in black ink and the card is in navy ink. Whatever the card ink is, should be a default for the return address ink- my Father passed away and I needed to get thank you notes out ASAP so I didn’t challenge the ink colors. "
