Avoid PB. Their photos are professionally enhanced to show better than what's offered.

"Good thing we have Amazon and its many inexpensive jewelry retailers striving for the same dollars. I've had to return several PB products because of flaws and cheap build. Seems years ago they were good for the money. Don't know what's happened since. Their stuff is subpar, doesn't look like what's offered in their pics, and their return fee of $6.95 is deserving of 1 star. I have never used their customer service, which seems a bigger gripe with folks. This is a retailer that doesn't care about its customer base and country of origin is a clue. "

Customer Service and Return Policy

"Been a Palm Beach customer for years. NO MORE! There is no way to get directly to customer service with a problem! When calling, you get a call center (after a 10 minute hold) and the number they give you is for Direct Charges and after a 5 minute wait, they simply transfer you back to the call center. They say you can return with postage paid label; but on the back it says there will be a $6.95 fee taken out of your credit or refund. This is NOT what I was told originally. PB has gone down hill over the last couple of years - too bad and good bye!"

Stone FELL OFF DO NOT BUY FROM PALM BEACH JEWELRY

"Order a ring for my wife. First issue was needed to verify address and order was placed on hold. Called costumer service no one answers the phone. Finally order was verified and shipped. One and a half month later STONE fell OFF the RING. Call costumer service. They said they could not do anything about it. Crappy COMPANY.

Worst ring ever

"My Fiancé bought my ring and within a month of having the ring the Jems started falling out of the ring! He contacted them back but, because it was past the 30 days all they gave him was we’re sorry it’s past the 30 days. Now I’m stuck with this **** **** ring. It’s ok he upgraded me with another company. Avoid this company!"

They Blow Big Donkey Balls

"My husband ordered my ring for Christmas, paid for the UPS to deliver it early. Was told we couldn't get the ring until April. We cancelled the order and are still waiting for them to return the money to his account. They could have ruined my Christmas, if I hadn't bought another ring from a different source. This company is a scam. I will take them to court. I will call Better Business Bureau on them. I pray that God shuts them down. And no, I don't want 10 percent off my next order. I just want to shut your scam of a company down. Shameful!!! "

Avoid this company!!

"I have been so patient with this company, repeatedly giving them the benefit of the doubt when they have seemed to offer one thing and then gave another. There advertisements promise (in capital letters) 70% off sitewide, but beware of the fine print once you get in to the site--all the way to checkout; if you are not very careful, you could end up pressing the confirm button being charged much more than you thought!

As for customer relations--do not even bother to complain--they do not care what you say. After I complained about a purchase, the "customer relations" department sent me what I thought was an apology e-mail offering me 70% off one item; once I got into the site, I found that it was the same old "bait and switch" routine--they were offering me what they offered everyone else--70% off one item if I bought two other items --all at full price--sale items are never included although they initially make the offer for "70% off sitewide!!

So much for a Merry Christmas!

"I bought a bracelet for my husband in November and wrapped it and placed it under the Christmas tree. On Christmas morning he opened it and it did not fit. December 26th I began contact with PBJ to request not even a return, but an exchange. I was told because it had been 33 days instead of 30 there was nothing I could do. Since I didn't buy the "extended warranty". I knew the item did not need and extra warranty....it wasn't all that expensive anyway. I thought I MIGHT have a better outcome if I could speak with someone at the co. NOPE! Shane was such an A** about the situation and told me I had the opportunity to purchase the "extended warranty" and should have. I now have a gift that cannot be used and PBJ has just made a 100% profit off me as far as I am concerned! I would NEVER recommend buying from them! And I will NEVER again purchase from them. Horrible Service!!!!!"

Unprofessional liars

"I ordered two things on the website with the easy pay. It allowed me to complete the transaction and there are pending authorizations on my bank account now. 24 hours later, they send me an email stating my orders are on hold for verification and they need to speak to me. I call them and they end up telling me one of my items didn't qualify for EasyPay and the other did but I'd have to pay more for the first payment to do it. But I obviously had the option for easy pay during checkout and everything was already broken down AND they already charged my bank. Cancelled my orders, now I have authorizations pending and can't use those funds until they fall all. I'd appreciate if this company didn't waste peoples' time and are true to thier word. If it's eligible for easypay during checkout, done deal. Don't be LYING to people. It wouldn't cost too much to fix up the website and state which items are eligible for easypay and have a definite answer to how much it'll cost broken down. Horrible company. "

Disappointing

"Bought a stackable set of rings (2). One of the rings was backordered, and I just got it after three months. Was finally able to wear the set and in the first few days, several stones came fell out of one of the rings. After waiting so long for the set, I was over the whole thing and wanted to just return both rings. After hunting down a good phone number for the company, and finally reaching someone by phone, I was told they would neither issue a refund, or replace the damaged ring. The manager I got on the phone could clearly care less about the unfairness of the situation and basically dared me to do something about it. "

Just Say No Way

"I bought a ring from Palm Beach Jewelry. It looked cheap and not like the image on the Sears website. I returned it and after 3 weeks I still have not received a refund. When I call customer service I am left waiting for more than 1/2 an hour listening to horrible music, if you would call it that. Then I call back and try to speak to the attendant on the order line, and he tells me call customer service and quickly hangs up on me. "Just Say No Way to Palm Beach Jewelry.""

Horrible Customer Service

"What happened to this company? They used to be true to their word, but no more. I paid for UPS 2ND DAY AIR, and therefore paid extra, but Palm Beach sent it UPS GROUND, and still charged $15.00. I will never, ever, deal with these idiots again, nor will they get another penny from me. I wish I had seen these reviews before ordering, but I didn't know their quality of service was on the toilet."
