"My overall experience was really good. I enjoy shopping at palais royal but the store associates aren’t really friendly. I really would like the associates to greet customers and acknowledge customers in a friendly way. A few months ago, there were different associates who were very friendly and greeted customers with a smile and thanked them. I feel like I was a burden on the store associate had to get up from her chair to check me out at the register."

"The lady that checked me out was so rude to the other associates, giving them orders, never saying please or thank you and she got loud with them if they didn't understand her. Then she turned to me and treated me the same way. I told her to have a good day and she couldn't even respond. That is not good customer service. She was an **** the minute she opened the door for the morning and had the same demeanor when I came to check out, she should have stayed home. I felt sorry for the other employees who had to work with her."
