"I LOVE PALAIS ROYAL. I HAVE BEEN A SHOPPER OF WELL OVER 30 YEARS. MY MOTHER WAS A PALAIS ROYAL SHOPPER, AND IF SHE WAS LIVING, SHE WOULD BE 93 YEARS OLD. ALL YOUR EMPLOYEES ARE ALL FRIENDLY AND ACCOMMODATING, HOWEVER, THERE ARE NEVER ENOUGH TO GO AROUND. THE CHECKOUT LINES ARE ALWAYS MOSTLY LONG AND THERE ARE NEVER ENOUGH EMPLOYEES TO TRULY SPEND TIME WITH THE CUSTOMER. IN MY OPINION, THEY ARE OVERWORKED AND YOU SHOULD HAVE MORE EMPLOYEES IN YOUR STORES DURING THE HEIGHT OF SHOPPING DAYS AND TIMES."
