"I shopped at Palais Royal in Huntsville. In the shoe depart. Steffan helped me. He was so kind & interested in what I was looking for. He brought out several different pairs & styles of the blue shoes I was looking for. What a nice young man to be so helpful. I asked him if he would dance with me so I could see if I would fall wearing the shoes because I don't wear heels that often & I am attending my Grandsons wedding. Now how many store associates would do that. I left the store with the dress I needed & shoes that matched the color of dress. He was one of a kind. I wish all store associates were that helpful & doing it with a smile & acting like he really wanted to be helpful. Thank you Palais Royal for making my day!"

"Bought two shots from clearance used 50 off clearance and had two 5 dollar coupons. Cashier took 5 dollar coupons off first then 50 off. I would have saved more money if they did 50 off first then used 5 dollar off coupons."
"I enjoy shopping items on clearance especially with a 50% discount. Very few associates to assist on the floor and had to wait for an associate to assist me today even tho she was close by and seemed to be engaged on her phone. Palais Royal associates are typically unfriendly, except for those in the make up/perfume departments. I was pleased that I found several higher quality items on sale."
