"Overall the experience was great. Karen the associate was friendly, helpful and very patient when tryin to decide what to pick out. On the other hand, the Manager who was at customer service was rude, loud and became irritated when customers asked her questions on product availability. She was speaking over customers and she did not handle her self professionally nor did she have well communication skills to interact with customers. The manager should really consider training sessions."
