"My experience during the visit was not quite a pleasant one. The Manager of the store was very friendly and she greeted me with great customer service. During my shopping experience, one associate passed me several time and NOT once did she acknowledge me or ask did I need any assistance. Upon time to check out, I went to one associate and was referred to Angela, who was not customer friendly; not greeted or thanked after transaction was completed, just gave me the bag with merchandise. I probably will return to the store, but will not allow Angela to assist me. Thanks for the opportunity to complete this survey."

"The store used to be in really bad shape in regards to cleanliness. It also used to be a burden to go shopping because the store was so packed with racks. There has been some effort to clean up the store and make it easier to move around in the store. It is still somewhat a little crowded but definitely manageable."
