"I have been shopping at 2 different Palais Royal stores in my area for several years. My experience at the Palais Royal store in Crosby today was one of the best. The associate who checked me out was very nice and really got excited about my savings and discounts and she was the most likeable associate I have ever had wait on me. Her personality was like a best friend. Her name was Lois #001781120. She is the best associate I have had to check me out that I have ever had. Great personality."
