Over promise. Under deliver

"Every morning I see a tv commercial from pajama gram claiming order today ships tomorrow. I ordered three weeks ago to have for Christmas gift exchange for tomorrow. Their own tracking system shows it hasn’t shipped yet. Customer service did respond to my question and said I should have received it yesterday!
My first and last experience with this very poor run company who tell us what we want to hear, take your money, and don’t deliver. Sound too familiar? Save money and frustration. Macys, Boscov’s is where I should have went in the first place.
This company is a joke with a good marketing strategy.

"I never signed up for their emails, but I get three a day. I've tried unscribing by link through their website several times. I've emailed customer service. I phoned them. Nothing worked. Will never buy anything from them based on this alone. "

Horrible experience

"I bought my girlfriend 3 sets of pajamas for Valentines day. After trying them on we realized I ordered the wrong size and sent them back for a smaller size. It took them 6 weeks to ship the smaller size to me and only sent 2 out of the 3 I ordered. Also we noticed the quality was very poor. Seams fall apart and the elastic was sewn in all twisted. I sent several emails to them and they failed to respond. This experienced shocked me because I thought I was buying high quality pajamas from a good company."

Unbelievably Poor Service

"I now realize that I did the wrong thing trusting Pajamagram to do what they advertise. I asked them to deliver a gift to me at a hotel on an expedited basis for which I was happy to pay their charge of $30.00. Needless to say it did not ship on time as promised in their advertising and then when I called them, waiting a ridiculous amount of time on hold, they told me it would ship overnight that day. Needless to say, it did not ship until the following day, the day I was checking out of the hotel and flying out. It arrived after I had left. It was gift for a very special person and she drove back to the hotel to pick it up--embarrassing to say the least. They never actually did what they said they we going do or what is clearly in their advertising. In the end they refunded the shipping charge, but I did not get the feeling they really wanted to address their shipping problems. I will never order from them again, there are other reliable operations out there "

Impressed

"Wow! I'm impressed with this company. I ordered a set of men pajamas from them. I washed them and they shrunk. I wasn't happy since I paid over $70 for them. They are good quality, nice pajamas.

I contacted the company and explained my situation. Britney replied to my email. Within a couple of days, I received a new pair of pajamas! She told me to discard the old ones or give them away.

I never expected this level of service. I had a really good experience with this company.

Terrible company!!!

"Beware of this company, terrible customer service. I ordered pajamas on 1/18/18. When they had not arrived by 1/30, I called Pajamagram. They said if it did not arrive the next day, to call back and they would send another pair. On 1/31, I called back. They promised to send another two-day priority. The second pajamas arrive 2/2 a.m.; the first pajamas arrived 2/2 p.m. They had told me previously to refuse whichever set arrived latest. I couldn't because UPS does not ring the door anymore. I tried to drop the second pair off at local UPS. They could not take it. Called UPS. They said I would have to paid. Called Pajamagram, Customer Service said there were no notes in my file. Said I would have to pay $7.99 to return. Manager was RUDE!!!"

Can't exchange!

"A month after returning product to Pajamagram, I still hadn't heard if they had received it. In my experience, this is not typical with other companies. Therefore, I had to call the company myself to track the progress. Come to find out they had issued me a credit instead of exchanging for new items like I had requested. I guess their loss - I will go elsewhere next time."

Good products - NOT so hassle-free exchange like they promise

"Pajamagram has good quality products but their customer service leaves a LOT to be desired. I received a lounge set for Christmas that was too large so I tried to contact them for specific directions about how to do an exchange. The enclosed form doesn’t give any directions about how to return it – by USPS, UPS, or what. My attempts to contact them began on Dec. 28, when I tried to do an online chat, but gave up after waiting for nearly 10 minutes to be connected. Then, I used their website contact form the same day and finally got an answer on Jan. 2 saying, “You can use any method of your preference to send the pajamas back to us, we do cover the shipping cost of the replacement being sent back to your address. Generally the price difference would be refunded to the purchaser, unless you don't want them to know, in which-case it would be in the form of a gift certificate to you.” Because I am housebound I had to order special priority mail boxes from the USPS in order to get a pick up from my house and had to pay $13.45 for the shipping. I tracked the shipment and knew that Pajamagram received it on Jan. 19. Then the BIG WAIT began! On Feb. 8, I used the contact form on the website again to inquire about the status and received this answer, “It is taking about 30 days for these to het fonr.” Yep that’s exactly what it said! On Feb. 20, I emailed them and they acted like they didn’t know what I was talking about even though I gave them all the information, including the tracking number. After two tries over three days to get them to understand, I gave up and tried an online chat again. I finally was able to chat with a person on Feb. 22 and got everything straightened out. On Feb. 27, I received the item I chose for the exchange and I love it, but there was no packing slip or refund check or anything to describe the transaction. It took another 10 days for the gift buyer to receive her refund check for the price difference. That’s nearly a full ten weeks that it took for their so-called “Hassle-free exchange” and now the weather is getting too warm to even use what I ordered for the exchange! Just be aware of how much hassle you actually have to go through in order to make an exchange. "

"The foot part of the footie pajamas does not scale. Considering the feet is why I bought the footie pajamas it's an unfortunate flaw. My 4 year old son is tall and typically wears size 6 clothing so he is large. I ordered a size 8 so that he'd have room to grow into it. The actual pajama is 1 foot too large in the body and the feet barely fit. The feet look like they'd be more appropriate on a size 6 pajama if at all.

Conveniently enough the feet come off, so I thought being sent larger feet would cure the problem.

But Pajamagram.com can't send extra feet. I was willing to pay extra for grown men feet.
They want me to PAY to ship it back. So they can ship me another size?

They wanted to exchange it but the body part is as big as it can be without being dangerously oversize, and they are asking me to go bigger when the PJ is not the problem. if I can't guarantee bigger feet, what is the point?

Thank God my grandmother taught me how to sew, and my sewing teacher taught me how to make a pattern. When he outgrows the feet in the next few weeks I will take them apart and cut a larger pattern for the feet and make them myself.

Next time I will buy a fleece blanket and make the whole footie PJ myself. Or find an old lady in the neighborhood who sews to make them for me.
