"Many emails, no reponse for PB, phone calls with no answer. Can't dispute with PAYPAL because back ordered items went past PAYPAL's 30 day policy. This is absolutely ridiculous!! We should all get together to get our money back!!"

"pbfanatics may be a fradulent company.

A full month has passed and I have still not received my shipment from pbfanatics.com!

Since the purchase date, I have not been able to contact pbfanatics at any of their contact numbers or email addresses.

From my experience, pbfanatics has no customer service, they do not ship items that have been paid for, and they do not return phone calls or emails.

"I ordered from this place on Nov 11th, it is now nov 29th and i have recieved NOTHING, not even email on whether the order is still in place or whats going on. they did not charge my credit card however but ill be damn sure to check it very often cuz they have my CC info....phone # doesnt work, nobody picks up or busy "message" and web site says will be back in a few days which is now turned into over 2 weeks....VERY VERY VERY DISSATISFIED!!!! and now i dont know whether or not to order from a new site cuz what if i get the new order in and then this place decides to charge me...."

"I ordered a spider pb gun with mask, co2 on October 6 and sitll haven't received my order. I have left several messages by e-mail and phone and never got a response. I contacted the better business bureau and the next day pbfanatics sent me an e-mail saying they expect a shipment in by Friday and my gun should be shipped the following week....I never received it. WARNING!!! WARNING!!! WARNING!!! WARNING!!
DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!!

"I bought a paintball gun from them in sept. off ebay and paid for it through paypal. They said I never paid so I e-mailed them with the invoice from paypal. I got no response. Then they suspended my ebay account for non payment. I t has now taken me almost 2 months to get my ebay account suspension lifted and still I have no gun and no response to calls or e-mail. This company is a joke. DON'T BUY FROM THEM!"

"I ordered a gun package on Nov. 13. My credit card was charged on november 17. my order was expected to arrive the comong week and still has yet to arrive. i know it might be early to start worrying but it's already the 27th of Nov. and the order still isn't here. i've tried accesing the website, but all i get are error messages. sometimes, i get a message that says they're making changes. ive sent tons of emails with no response. the offices never seem to be open and leaving messages is pointless. "I Bought a case of paintballs in the middle of october. Still have yet to hear from them. I got charged for them on the 1st of November. Seems like this is a big problem with everyone. I'd say stay away from this company but you can't get in touch with them so you have no choice. If they come back still... Keep Away! I got ripped off for $60! By the way I have no invoive # because I lost it and they deleted my account so I couldn't get it after I ordered my Paintballs. I've called them and e-mailed them as well. Nothing back."

"I placed an order on Fri. Nov. 5th. My bank account was charged on Mon. Nov. 8th. It is now Nov. 17th and I still now received my order. I used UPS ground and last year got my orders with in 3-4 days. I wrote them an e-mail and got no response. I call their customer service # and got a recording saying they would call back. I left my name and # with a brief message and they have not called back. I wrote another e-mail several days later and called back. They still have not got in touch with me and I still don't have my barrel that I need."
