"I placed an order on 11-22-2004 for one item, a Siemens SX56 Serial Data Cable, for $18.99 plus $5.95 S&H for a total of $24.94. I received an email from PageAlert Inc. on 11-23-2004 thanking me for my order and that I can check my status of my order by going to the URL that was listed within the email message. Well, 2 weeks goes by, and I check the status of my order using the URL provided and it still says "Thank you. Your order has been placed." just like it did the first day when I checked the status. I then emailed PageAlert Inc. at ****@**** asking what is going on with my order. They never replied at all for days after that email, even though their web site states they will normally respond within 24 hours. I kept checking my order status using the URL and then it changes to "This order has been cancelled.". I still have never received any email from PageAlert Inc. to this day, 12-16-2004 of what happened to my order and why it was cancelled. My credit card did not get any charge put on it so far, so I'm happy about that, I'll keep checking though to make sure. Just beware that PageAlert Inc. has no phone number for you to call into and no mailing address listed at all on their web site to write to them. So be very careful."
