Very poor experience, waste of money

"Very poor and disappointing experience. I ordered some mailing tubes from this company. Shortly after I placed the order, I received a message indicating that the product was out of stock with no projected restock date. I called the company and spoke with a young woman who said that she checked stock at other warehouses and the product was not available. I requested that she cancel the order and she said she did that.

I then ordered the product from another vendor, since I needed it quickly. I was surprised to get a message the following day from Packaging Price that my order had been filled and shipped. I called the company, and the person I spoke with indicated that they had no record of the order being canceled. I could return the product at my own expense for the shipping and pay a 20% restocking fee. I forwarded the company the message I received stating the product was out of stock with no projected availability date, along with the very specific time I called the company, was completely ignored.

Due to the very poor customer service and obviously inaccurate systems of this company, I have two cartons of mailing tubes I have no use for, and I've wasted a considerable amount of money.

The tubes arrived today with the two boxes tied together so tightly with plastic wrap that the tubes on the sides of both boxes have been crushed and are unusable.

I certainly won't be ordering from this company again, given the poor experience throughout this transaction. Packing materials are all pretty much the same; it's the customer experience that sets companies apart. And this company evidently isn't interested in that experience.

TERRIBLE SERVICE!! WRONG SIZE BOXES!! AVOID AT ALL COST!!!

"TERRIBLE BOXES!!! AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!! I ordered 48" long boxes since that is the cutoff size for a major price increase from the shipping carriers. Every single box they sent me was too long by a whole inch. This has led to a doubling of the cost of my shipping which is unacceptable for a business. When I reached out to at least get a refund for their incorrect boxes, they told me they couldn't. This was their fault and it has cost me significantly and they are unwilling to fix the problem they caused. Terrible boxes, terrible service. Avoid at all costs. ULINE is 1000 times better."

Bad company!!!

"They delay shipping, when there is a problem with the carrier, they don't want to solve the problem quickly, causing damage and disrespecting the customer. Customer service with totally unprepared people and with absurd rules. NOT RECOMMENDED, you will definitely get bored!"

Great products and customer service

"We have ordered two small orders to see how things worked with the company. Both orders were delivered quickly. The 32 ECT boxes were good quality. We called customer service twice to see how they responded to our questions. We were not on hold for an extended period of time. We had a friendly CSR answer our calls can and answer the two or three questions we asked. We are very satisfied with customer service, the product, the prices, and the shipping time. We will order again. "

Fast shipping. Good prices. Poor customer service, I won't buy there anymore.

"I've made a few purchases there and for my last one I had an issue with a product that they sold a 4 bundle but it is actually one (?!). So, I was expecting to get 4 mirror/artwork boxes but what I got was 4 sheets of carton that would make 1 box.
After complaining by phone all I got was an "I'm sorry".

"I tried to order from them but my bank card came up as a mismatch. I was unavailable to respond to the 2 emails or phone calls and my order was canceled claiming that 5 emails were sent with no response. I tried again with my other card. It was immediately canceled without any attempt to contact me stating that they had tried to email me with no response. I emailed customer service before I discovered that the one sending the cancellation notices was the president of the company, Mr.Mark Whitaker."

"Although I'm a bit reluctant to try new places, PackagingPrice did have exactly what I needed at a lower price than my supplier. I ordered on a Monday morning, recieved a confirmation within minutes, and received the entire order on Tuesday afternoon. This company seems to have everything I need for shipping (I'm a professional photographer) at the best price I've ever paid from a legitimate company. They know how to handle these commodity items!"
