"Told order would take two days and two days turned into five. When I asked about my order David is very rude, abrasive and acted worse than a two year old child throwing a temper tantrum. They did not work with my needs. Not necessary to haggle the customer when you are the one who set the expectations. If you could not deliver then say we need five days when your the one who told me you could get it done in two days and then yell at me for it!"

"Ordered a 50 ft HDMI cable. It died after 5 and a half months. Asked for a new one after 6 months 3 days. Dave gave me a big run around, not refusing , but not giving me one either.
Summary:
- over priced ( 2x monoprice.com)
- poor quality ( not many parts to go on an HDMI cable)
- Terrible customer service ( Could not just say "no we will not give you a new one" Instead they stringed me out with a lot of "we will get back to you's" )

"The product they sent me was not the same one I saw online and purchased. Additionally, the shipping was absolutely ridiculous. I paid almost $10 for an item that cost just over $2 shipping and handling which was not announced to me up front. The item weighed maybe a quarter of an ounce. Additionally, I had to drive to the post office to get it, which was a hassle. When I called today to tell they sent me the wrong item, their service was horrible. I had a gruff, hostile man who said it was not their problem, it was my fault, and they were absolutely not going to do anything to help me. I don't think I've ever had such rude and abrasive service from any company in my life. Buyer beware. I would never dream of doing business with Pacific Custom Cable again!"

"The customer service is horrible ,they buy and resale at inflated prices they have little knowledge of the products they sell.Save your money go somewhere else.
I wish they could go out of business Dave the "manager" is not that useful always trying to blame the customer.

"I asked to have a 39 connector IDC cable manufactured for a studio grade sound board that belonged to a church. PCC shipped the cable in a small box which didn't have any space around the cable and it was subsequently damaged (connectors crushed). I contacted them and explained what happened and they told me they would rework the cable. I sent it back in a larger box. It took a month to get it back and only after calling and asking what the delay was. It was shipped in the same size box and was again damaged. I wrote a letter after contacting them encouraging them to use a larger box and completely starting over since the cable had been damaged twice. I took another month to get the cable back and again after contacting them on the phone and asking why the delay. They sent the final one (repaired). One connector that was damaged was not replaced and it was only repaired. They did, however, pack it in a larger box so that it wouldn't get crushed. At this time I haven't resolved the issue and the church is really needing to get the sound board up and running. "

"In the past I had ordered several items from Pacific Custom Cable, their prices were great, and their service, the few times I ran into problems was both fair and friendly.

This has now changed, and I will not order from them again nor would I recommend to anyone else that THEY order from them.

I placed my order on Nov. 2nd 2008 and received the cable less then a week later. I hooked it up and it didn't work. I tried it on several different pieces of equipment and it wouldn't work with any of them.

I contacted Pacificcable and they said that I should send the cable back and order a new cable as they don't do exchanges. That was fine with me. I ordered a new cable and returned the old cable. The new cable worked great! Now I was just waiting on a refund for the old cable.

Weeks after the return I'd had no contact from them and no information, more then a month later, after several emails from me I receive a "refund check" short 20% as the cable was not defective. In addition the check was made out to my company and NOT to myself. (I used a personal credit card and my name was on the card, NOT the company.)

This is where things went even worse, I was bounced around from person to person, spoke to several people on the phone who said I should send an email, I explained already had and they said they would look into it.

Finally I reached Barb who was trying to be helpful but after a short back and forth with emails from her she was forced to inform me that the cable was fine, and that's how they send out refund checks.

There would be NO attempt to fix it, no attempt to even really be cordial about it (although Barb was more of the messenger).

This is Feb 2nd 2009, that's three months. They have lost me as a customer and I wouldn't recommend them.
