"I ordered Office 2021. No where in the emails or online did it say this is a download. It made it seem as if it was being shipped to me. After talking with Liz (she needs a bump in pay) at Provantage and two days after we initially talked I finally got the email I should have had after the order was placed.

Now the email with the download did not have information on how to proceed with downloading Office 2021. Microsoft lists it all as Office 365 until the last link to download Office 2021. Initially confusing all around. One needs to rethink the emails and add more information for the consumer."
