"Ordered DyCo 890 roof coating on-line, box it was delivered in was in good shape, product inside was beat up pretty bad, the bottom of the 1 gallon paint can was bulged so much that the can would not stand upright, bail was missing. Three stars because it’s a great product and it was delivered but this gallon probably should have been damaged out at PPL and not provided to a customer. "
"Easy shopping experience, good price and quick shipping. Ordered a roof top air conditioner with ADB and the heat strip listed in the accessories below on the web page. When installing, found the heat strip was not the correct part for the unit. So, why was the wrong part listed in the accessory section below the unit on the web site. Not a big problem, can exchange, but try calling their parts department. Tried three times today and was 12 and 15 in line to speak to anyone. Since I was at work I haven't had time to sit on hold for hours. So, I sent an email and am waiting for a reply...."
"Called to find out if the base plate came with the safety cables and was told NO. But when opening box found Safety cables. The base plate did not have the quick release pins as shown in the picture and on the blue ox website, but was a fixed point hitch so I did not get what I expected based on the part number and picture on PPL website which clearly shows the pins in place. The person on the phone at the parts desk did not know the difference. delivery was quick. "
