30 day return policy

"Before I opened the box I found out this part was not the problem so I asked to return, pay shipping and a restock fee. They said it had been more than 30 days so NO. It's still in the box? No happy with them."

Received a cracked used pump twice

"Ordered a new pool pump from poolplaza.com. When it arrives, the housing was cracked.
I thought it may have been damaged from shipping so I gave them a call they promptly scheduled a UPS return pick up for damage item and sent a replacement.
The replacement I received was cracked, dented and you can clearly see wear marks all over the pump. When I called and spoke with the manager, he said it may have been damaged again from shipping and that he will file a claim with UPS. I informed him that the pump is clearly a used or parts unit and that it seems to have been damaged prior to shipping. He continued to pressure me for some photos and said they will issue a refund.
The reps at this company do work fast but I am a little worried about the ethics of this company. Clearly, it seems that they sent over 2 used/parts pumps fully expecting that it will be returned at which they file an UPS damage insurance claim.
The box that the pump is packed in does not even have proper support. There was no foam protection and the pump was rolling around the box. The box itself was clearly open and re-taped. Even the accessories were all in used condition with fittings and screws rusted, bent scratched.
I do now know how this company has such positive reviews.

The warehouse to which the adapter kit was sent has made a thorough investigation and determined that the package was never delivered to them. The warranty personnel at Century Motor have stated that they cannot proceed on a warranty request for the part unless they have it physcially in their hands to determine what happened to it. Have you filed a claim yet with the US Postal Service? That seems like the next proper step.

"I placed an order for a multi port valve from here and while the part was shipping, my husband sustained an injury to his right hand. (primary hand) He had to have surgery to put pins in his hand to fix it. So, needless to say that the pool part stayed in the box for 6 weeks. As soon as he got the pins out we attempted to fix the pool pump. We then realized I ordered the wrong part. I just called to obtain a RGA number to return the part. And was told it was past the 30 day return policy. Even after explaining the circumstances. I will NEVER order anything from this company again. Even Home Depot has a better policy!!! "

"contacted them to get some suggestions on what type of pump to order. got an email back with several suggestions, also with a coupon. ordered a nice pool pump from them, shipping was free, customer service was excellent and I did have a question and was able to speak to someone right away on the phone as well as via email. will be doing business with them again. "I ordered a tune up kit for a Polaris 340 pool sweep, which is not a current model. Poolplaza contacted me immediately to tell me the kit had to be ordered from the factory, asking if I still wanted it due to the delivery delay. I OK'd the shipment and it arrived in a reasonable time, although some parts were missing. Poolplaza arranged for them to be shipped and then contacted me to find out if and when the missing parts had arrived (they had). I am totally pleased with Poolplaza, although I am a bit unhappy that Polaris was not careful when packing the kit parts."

"Ordered a PoolBuster vacuum for my pool on Monday, 06/18 and had it in hand the morning of Friday, 06/22. I received a confirmation of my order within minutes of placing the order and a shipping notification from POOLplaza and UPS the next day when the order shipped. They offer free shipping, but as usual with pool supply companies, they charge a small handling fee.

The product arrived in the manufacturer's box with tape on it from POOLplaza that stated if the seal was broken to inspect the item before accepting it. I found they did that since they had opened up the box themselves to package an extra accessory I had purchased for the product.

The pricing on the product was one of the cheapest I found from a company that had a good rating from the BBB.

Overall, a good experience with a company that I would do business with again.
