"The gas detection tubes arrived on time and with no damage. I was discouraged to find out that the tubes are a smaller diameter than the Drager tubes that I always purchase. But, I'm sure that if I had researched it more that I could have found out before I ordered them. As for the company, I do not have any negative comments."

"Ordered on 9/20 and still not shipped on 9/28 from the manufacturer. Items finally arrived on Oct. 2nd. This even though their website stated that the items were "In Stock" and "Available". No notification that the delay was due to the manufacturer and that they couldn't ship until the date they gave (9/27) upon submitting my order. PT Safety's customer service didn't notify me about the delay until I complained 4 days later via chat, 4 days after ordering. They said they were sorry that they didn’t send me an email about the delay. First notification from them that only one item shipped was on Oct. 29th. This company obviously doesn't stock their own items and depend on "manufacturers" to deliver your product and apparently not in a timely fashion. It took nearly 2 weeks to get my order, a “one size fits all harness” and a “positioning strap”. Customer service will not take an order from a private individual, you have to order items online. The only good comment I have is that the product I did receive from the manufacturer was good quality for the price. I would not order from PK Safety again. "
