"Ordered Multicharge Retractable USB Travel Kit and Rubberrized Retractable Car Charger for my HTC Touch Pro.
Received my order on December 15, 2008 and after checking it out found out that the Retractable USB Sync & Charge cable included with the Multicharge Charger would not allow my Touch Pro to Synch (Only thing I got was devise not recognize, my HTC cable works fine) and the multicharge charger was intermittent on AC Power (I had to wiggle it for it to work.)
Notified them on December 16 about the problem and they replied the next day saying that they would check with their supplier (Orion Gadgets).
Since I had no more replies I email them again on January 7, 2009 and they replied the next day that they would send me replacements for these 2 parts.
As of today, February 22, 2009, I have yet to receive the promised parts.
THis is not much, only $29.00USD worth of parts but buyer beware about their less then stellar after sale service.

"This company is a rip-off. I ordered 2 small items for my LG Dare phone on August 18 (a charger and screen saver). The order arrived on October 9! One item was missing so I called the store. They said it was my fault because I did not call them sooner. When I told them I did not get it sooner, they claimed they had a record that it was received on August 19. Since there was no signature required, I don't know how they had such a record. They refused to provide proof. In fact, the postmark on the envelope is October 7. When they were caught in the lie, they simply refused to send the missing item and hung up. Of course, my charge card had already cleared the transaction. Stay away!! We have seen what such liars and cheats do to the economy."
