I contacted them and they suggested to contact manufacturer for sowtare replacement or fill out RMA to replace the whole item. I contacted the manufacturer and downloaded the drivers, it works fine.
I didn't want to go through the hassle of returning the item and paying for the shipment.
Only thing I want to mention here is that I didn't receive a brand new retail box which I should have received in the first place."
