This company is beyond reproach.In haste I purchased the wrong memory card (Buy It Now)on ebay. I emailed them to see if there was anyway to swap the order, not only did they agree without any hesitation they emailed me a picture of the correct memory card that was recommended for my system. They had the lowest price I had found and I had price shopped,I decided to buy (2)great deal. I received it regular shipment(3) days. I'm in Memphis and our inner city mail doesn't move that fast across town. The package & product arrived in excellent condition, individually wrapped and sealed in bubble wrap. I installed the memory it works great. it's quite refreshing to do business with a company who truly seems to care about making sure their customers have the correct product get it in record time and gives them the "Warm and Fuzzy" feeling.
