"Frustrating to return or cancela order, I order the wrong product and right away after I placed the order, I tried to cancel but was no way to do it online or chatting, the only way was calling, and was to late to call because costumer service was close already, so I wait till the next morning and they told me that it was shipped and was nothing they can do. So now I have to wait until get my AirPods that was I ordered. And I have to call again to request a returning label that is going to cost me. I order already the AirPods I wanted so probably I’m going to get both the same day, and I’ll call then. Very disappointed :("
