"I purchased a Msi Neo athlon 64 in store.They are working on my pc.I had problems with my gigabyte mother board i purchased elseware.I have had multiple problems with my pc and these guys are great about taking care of there customers.My first pc i ever built 2 years ago i purchased all the items from PCHertz.I had questions multiple questions i might add and these guys answered them all up front and honestly without any problems which says alot.they even went at far as to try to get me a matching black pcb 6800gt video card from overseas but ran into problems from there distributor i apreciate the effort roger.So i bought one they had in stock.Just because they took the time to try to get what i wanted not many stores would do that.excellent job guys you got a long time customer."

"I ordered three Samsung 512MB PC3200 DDR SDRAM (400MHz) memory modules from PCHertz.com on Nov. 16, 2003. In January I contacted them to request a return authorization as Tyan's documentation was unclear that only one PC3200 module could be used in the Trinity KT400 S2495 Motherboard I wanted them for. Their general policy states they cannot take returns past 15 days usually, which I was well past. I noted that the carton containing the memory chips was unopened and thus their condition should be as it was when they were sent. They said they would have to test the memory after I returned it, which they did. They issued me a store credit for the nearly the purchase price, which I found to be more than fair. These folks bent over backwards to be accomodating and thanked me for being so nice to deal with. Great customer support and a pleasure to do business with. "

"I placed an order for an amd 2800+ for 255.95 as listed on there web site. After placing the order, they informed me a day later that they made an error in pricing and informed me that the price is 355.95, and that they would not honor their price as listed on their web site and on my invoice I received in an e-mail. A very bad way to do business!!!!!!!!!!!"

"Horrible experience!
I Was given the runaround for days telling me the CVV number for my credit card was wrong, called them and gave them the CVV # 4 times, still they said it was wrong. This is the same credit card I have used to purchase things for over a year.

I called my the bank where credit card issuing institution, they assured me they had approved the sale 3 times, but Pchertz.com kept telling me the purchase was denied.

This runaround took from January 24 to the 29th. before I decided to cancel the order.

Very bad business practice on their part.


I just used the same credit card to purchase the same items at a different company, the parts are on their way already and they did not have any problems with my credit card.

I will never try to purchase anything from this company again.

"Ordered an Antec TruePower 480. The item came in on time and well packaged. The only thing I can suggest is that they send out status emails on tracking numbers. This appears to not be automated like companies like Newegg.

I would definitely buy from them again.

"These guys have three different prices, if you come in off the street, its one price, if you become a member, its another price, and if you order it off the web, its a third price.

I have also seen their records of returns, they charge a LARGE restocking fee to almost every customer. they look for excuses to charge the fee.
