"I ordered something from PCSuperdeals / Micro League. After 2 weeks they had not shipped and the website still said "processing". I called and was told that they had sent me an email informing me the actual price was $100 higher than my confirmed order. I never received such an email. I checked their website and they still have the old, false price on it. "

"PCsuperdeals/microleague has given me a horrific buying experience.
I ordered a Toshiba r600 laptop for $2027.86 with 2 day express ship
which I was purchasing for a trip.
They only e-mailed me an invoice but no tracking.
After 3 days I called and they said they will ship.
I wait another 4 days and call to cancel the order and get a refund
but they give me a tracking number. Because of this I postpone my trip a few days.
Several days later when
item arrives it is a compaq docking station poorly double boxed
instead of the laptop.
I call to complain and they say they are aware
of the situation and I will be refunded.
After my many unanswered
e-mails and phone calls they have yet to refund me and it has been
almost 2 months.
currently (Feb 28, 2010) when I call I always get a
busy signal and have filed a civil court suit and a paypal claim.
Please avoid this retailer even if the item is outrageously low priced!!

"This company was a nightmare. I ordered a tablet computer advertised with WindowsXP (which I specifically wanted)and received a Vista model that they attempted to load with WindowsXP because they were out of stock on the advertised product. The tablet function was inoperable. In the end, they agreed to fix the laptop. What I then received was a refurbished, scratched replacement. After involving AmEX, they agreed to take back the laptop but kept $600 for restocking and shipping. This is not a reputable company and I would not recommend buying from them. "

"I don't mind if the company doesn't have the item in stock (assuming the price is low), I do mind if they don't tell me. I called a week later they told me they had it and were going to ship it from their drop shipper the same day. The next day they called me and told me it would be another 3 weeks until it was in stock. Seriously? I'm furious, now I have to pay to have the lens overnighted from another vendor to get it before my wedding. I thought planning 2 weeks ahead would be OK, but with this company "In Stock" doesn't mean a thing. I would avoid this company unless you don't need the item for at least a month, who knows when it will get there."

"AVOID THIS STORE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I placed an order for 2 raid arrays, paid for rush processing and rush delivery and verified they are in stock, and 3 days later, YES 3 days later, they still will not answer when they will ship the product. I have called several times, and they will always get back to me.

Maybe their prices are low but they don't deliver and I will never buy from them again!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

"Horrible store. Product was on back order for months and store never notified us. Took weeks to get money back. Email support is down right horrible; it took them at least a week to respond to any of our emails. Just a down right bad store."

"I had no problem with them. Maybe they aren't newegg or amazon, but they were a few hundred dollars cheaper and at the end of any transaction, you usually have to deal with the manufacturer anyway - not the reseller.

I ordered my asus a8js on the 13th and received the exact right part number laptop on the 16th, shipped for free. I couldn't ask for more.

"WOW! I ordered the new series 3 Tivo on 1/31 around noon. Got an shipping confirmation on 2/1 around the same time. And the tivo arrived on the afternoon of 2/2. All of this, and I only chose the free ground shipping and did not pay the rush premium. I watched their real time stock info over the course of a day, and saw it decreasing, so I assumed it was probably real and working. "

"I will never order from this merchant again, and would recommend that no one else order from them either. I called this company to verify that the product in question was in stock and would be able to ship that day, overnight delivery, for delivery the next day. They assured me in every way that we would indeed have the product the next day, and not only did that not happen, they refused to refund any portion of the payment I made for the trouble that the delayed shipment caused."

""WORST COMPANY I HAVE EVER DEALT WITH. I'll try to make a long story short. My wife bought a GPS unit from PCSuperdeals on Nov. 14. A few weeks went by and my wife found out that the item was back ordered and would not arrive in time for Christmas. At this point she cancelled the order. On approximately December 19, my wife discovered that PCSuperdeals decided to do her a "FAVOR" and ship the Cancelled order anyway. The product arrived at her work place where a co-worker unaware of the situation signed for the item. After complaining to PCSuperdeals we received a message that stated that "We thought you wanted the item and felt we were doing you a favor by shipping it anyway." PCSuperdeals feels they are entitled to a 20% restock fee because someone signed for this item that was inexcusably shipped eventhough it had been cancelled well before it ever left a warehouse. I filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau and was rather surprised to find a response from PCSuperdeals that claims my wife an I are dishonest people, tried to file a false damage report with FEDEX and that I tried to Black Mail the company over the phone. They go on and state that they have all of this from recorded messages. Surprisingly, I have never, once talked to anyone from this company over the phone (I'm interested to hear what I sound like). We are simply trying to return a "CANCELLED", un-opened item without having to pay a restock fee. If this company spent as much time trying to destroy the honesty and integrity of customers that dare write a bad complaint on this website, than they might enjoy a much higher customer service rating. I look forward to your response below my complaint. You have already called me dishonest and a black mailer, so it will be interesting to see what else you can come up with. ""

"I placed an order for two Digital optical cables and a subwoofer cable from PC Superdeals. I was pleased with the ease of ordering, and the payment options available. (love billmelater)
When I was finally charged and sent a confirmation email, I was surprised it was from a company called Micro League, not PC Superdeals. This concerned me greatly. So after a couple of days on no tracking info, I fianlly called. the lady helping me wasn't all too helpful, but did an adequate job. I was even more concerned when she said they were shipping from a vendor, and not a warehouse. She ended up confirming they were shipped, but the emai she sent me the links to the shipping were broke. I ended up receiving all my items, but not without a little bit of anxiety on my part. Not sure I will do business with them again.

"Been waiting for over a week to get tracking information for this order. When I called, I got to speak with two employees couldn't have cared less. They blamed manufacturer for delay (I didn't expect them to admit PCsuperdeals was at fault) Wouldn't give a projected delivery date or even a shipping date. No apology for the fact that item won't arrive in time for Christmas, either. Admitted that company hadn't advised customers of delay. Claimed they didn't answer the emails I sent asking for information about the order, because "we get a lot of emails" (so don't waste your time writing to them, lots of other people are wondering where their orders are, too ) I wish I'd paid attention to the legions of dissatisfied customers complaining about PCsuperdeal's slow shipping and lousy customer service. PCsuperdeals is the kind of company that gives other internet retailers a bad name. It's easy to advertise a low price when you don't deliver the merchandise"

"I was recently interested in purchasing a Lenovo laptop (Z61m / 9450-39U). In checking several price comparison and reseller evaluation sites, PCSuperDeals seemed to represent a good combination of near-lowest price and generally solid reputation, so I decided to explore purchasing from them.

I was concerned based on others' accounts that many merchants (not limited to this one in particular) may have inaccurate stock information on their websites, particularly for items such as laptops. I initiated an online chat with 'Eric', who checked and assured me my laptop was currently available in no less than three of their warehouses. He was very polite, and offered to take an order over the phone, if I chose.

I ended up ordering through the website, and after confirming the purchase with my CC company, the process was smooth. That evening, I received a call at home confirming the order and indicating the item would ship the next day; two days later, I received an email with an order number and tracking info.

Last night, six calendar days after the order, the machine arrived. It was nicely packed, in an original and sealed Lenovo box, and works perfectly so far. I was a bit apprehensive in ordering a delicate and expensive item such as a laptop sight-unseen from an online merchant, but my experience with PCSuperDeals was nothing but positive.
