An item was not enclosed with my purchase, and all it took was a quick phone call and my missing item was in the mail and I received it within days. "The headphones I ordered came really slowly, but that was probably the mail service's fault. Other than that, everything went smooth and I got a good deal on the headphones. "

"I ordered a 9" round ide cable from them. The picture showed a cable with connectors for 2 drives. The cable i received was a 12" cable that only had a connector for one drive. The description had a "(1-1)" in it but i had no idea what that meant. They credited me the purchase price without a restocking fee. When i asked for credit for my return shipping, they merely lied and said that the picture was right and that i had measured the cable wrong. The length of the cable was marked 12" right on the box and i can count to three, the total amount of connectors in the picture for the cable i ordered.

They have to be a pretty low company to lie to their customers in order to save $1.86 in shipping charges. "

"A very good store offering a large variety of electronics, cabless, cell phone accessories and ipod accessories. I have been very happy with the quality and low price of the products. I found that the cables at Monoprice.com are cheaper. I will use PCMicroStore for cables if Monoprice is out of stock of a particular cable.

The shipping on my last order was slower than usual. I got a notice from USPS that a label was printed about 6 days after the order was placed. I am still waiting for this order. I would still recommend them overall.

"I purchased the cell phone cover in both blue and red. They fit the phone fine, but the blue one came out of the package cracked. The back of the invoice states that you can have damaged merchandise replaced free of charge...yeah...right. The order came on Saturday, 5/10/08. I called on Monday, 05/12/08 and left a message. I emailed them on Tuesday, 05/13/08. I called again on Wednesday, 05/14/08 and got the answering machine again. Same on Thursday, which leads me to believe they have caller id OR the wording on the back of the invoice is BOGUS!! I should also mention that all calls were made during their business hours.

I like the cases and will probably purchase a replacement from another company. Don't buy from pcmicrostore or accessory export!! "

Received a "shipped" notice almost immediately, but according to the tracking number, the USPS has only received a notice of intent to ship - the package has not actually shipped, and it is now 27 May. I tried calling both numbers listed on their website, but no matter what extension I try (even the operator!) it says "no one is available." I wish I were one of the lucky few who seem to have had no problems, but I won't ever order from PCMicro again."
